BOMBER is an innovative fashion brand at the forefront of cutting-edge design and style. We are looking for a talented and visionary Art Director to lead the visual direction of our brand and bring our creative vision to life. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a well-established network of stylists, photographers, and videographers.

Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Brand Aesthetic:

• Lead the visual direction and creative concepts for the brand, ensuring all materials align with BOMBER’s aesthetic and core values.
• Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, including digital content, social media, print materials, and advertising.
• Collaborate with Creative Director & Fashion Designer to present each collection to the world, ensuring the collection’s vision is effectively communicated and visually executed.

Content & Photoshoot Management:

• Oversee and manage all content shootings, from ideation to execution, ensuring visuals align with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
• Handle the logistics and communication with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative professionals, managing the process from start to finish.
• Ensure all photo and video shoots are on schedule and meet quality standards, maintaining a strong visual language for the brand.

Fashion Show & Event Creativity:

• Take creative ownership of runway shows, from concept development to execution, including collaboration on set design, styling, and overall atmosphere.
• Ensure a visually captivating experience for attendees and create memorable moments that align with the brand’s identity.
• Plan and oversee showroom installations, ensuring the space complements the season’s collection and enhances the brand’s presentation to clients.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Manage and mentor a team of junior designers, photographers, and other creatives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with the Fashion Design, Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure that all visual content aligns with the overall brand vision.
• Foster strong working relationships with external creative professionals (stylists, photographers, videographers) and manage communication with them throughout each project.

Trend Research & Innovation:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, fashion movements, and visual design innovations to ensure BOMBER remains on the cutting edge of fashion and visual storytelling.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table that enhance the brand’s identity and help it stand out in the marketplace.

Presentation & Brand Representation:

• Present collections to the public, media, and industry professionals in a visually compelling way, showcasing the brand’s identity and vision.
• Act as the brand’s visual ambassador, ensuring all public-facing materials reflect BOMBER's creative values.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art Director in the fashion or creative industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual direction, content creation, and brand identity.
• Established network of stylists, photographers, and videographers to leverage for photoshoots, campaigns, and events.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with external creatives and internal teams.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
• Experience managing content shoots and overseeing creative campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Zagreb, Croatia.
