Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing campaigns,
conducting market research, analyzing data, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement
across various platforms. This role requires overseeing client communications, addressing inquiries
and issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, fostering strong
relationships through regular interactions and exceptional service.
Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and proactively
identifying potential issues or areas for improvement.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly,
maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Business Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for
cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to clients.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing clients with
regular updates on account status and performance.
Contract Renewals: Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring all terms align with
the company's policies and client expectations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support,
to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client goals.
Client Feedback: Gather and analyse client feedback to inform service improvements and help
guide the company's strategic direction.
